1. How far in advance should I secure a booking?

For weddings and high-profile events, we recommend reserving your date 6–12 months ahead, especially during peak season.
For editorials, fashion shows or photoshoots, we work by availability and can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule.

2. Do you offer a bridal trial? Is it required?

A trial is highly recommended.
It allows us to craft your signature look with precision: skin preparation, tones, textures and overall harmony with your dress and venue.
It is not mandatory, but it ensures a perfectly mastered result on the day of your event.

3. Do you travel?

Yes. Paris, France, Europe, the United States, the Middle East and destinations worldwide.
Travel fees depend on the location and are included in your tailored proposal.

4. What type of services do you offer beyond weddings?

Our expertise extends to:

5. How long does a makeup or hair service take?

On average:

  • Bridal makeup & hair: 3h-3h30

  • Guests / models: 45–60 min

  • For productions, timing is adapted to the creative brief and call sheet.

  • We always provide a precise, stress-free schedule.

6. I’m not sure what style suits me. Can you guide me?

Absolutely.
Our approach combines facial analysis, lighting considerations, moodboard refinement and our signature French touch to design a look that feels authentic, elevated and completely tailored to you.

7. What products do you use?

We work exclusively with high-performance, luxury and professional brands; long-lasting, photography-friendly and adapted to all skin types, including sensitive skin.

8. How do editorial or photoshoot bookings work?

For creative projects, we adapt to the moodboard, lighting, theme and production constraints.
We can also assist with creative direction, ensuring a coherent and refined beauty narrative aligned with your brand or artistic vision.

9. Do you work as a team for larger events?

GUYSSOU has an artistic team trained in our methods, enabling us to manage multiple models, guests or segments simultaneously, ideal for weddings, fashion shows, corporate productions and backstage environments.

10. How can I book a mentorship or training session?

Simply contact us through the form.
We offer professional workshops, one-to-one coaching, backstage training and advanced sessions in makeup, hair design, skin preparation and creative development.

11. How do payments and deposits work?

A retainer is required to secure your date.
The balance is due prior to the event or according to your proposal’s terms.
All details are provided transparently in your contract.

12. Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Changes and cancellations follow the conditions outlined in your agreement.
We encourage early communication to adjust the team and logistics if needed.

13. Do you accept job applications or collaborations?

We welcome talented makeup artists, hair stylists and creatives who wish to collaborate or join our artistic network.
Applications can be submitted through the contact form with a portfolio or résumé.

14. How soon will I receive a response?

You can expect a reply within 24–48 hours.
During peak wedding or Fashion Week periods, response times may be slightly extended, but we do our best to accommodate all requests promptly.
