Booking and Service Policy

Welcome to GUYSSOU Studio

Our aim is to offer you a serene, personalised experience of the highest quality. The following terms are intended to ensure that every appointment runs smoothly and with consideration for all our clients.

GUYSSOU Studio is a private studio, accessible by appointment only.

Each appointment is reserved for one client, and the studio is entirely dedicated to them throughout their session to ensure a private, peaceful, comfortable and personalised experience.

Once your booking has been confirmed, the appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and can no longer be offered to another client.

We therefore kindly ask you to book only when you are certain of your availability.

Hair services

Hair must be clean and washed either on the day of the appointment or the day before.

It must be free from any styling product or treatment that could affect the application or longevity of the hairstyle, including hairspray, serum, oil, wax, styling cream, hair masks or leave-in treatments.

GUYSSOU Studio specialises in event hairstyling and does not have a shampoo basin. Shampoo services cannot be provided at the studio.

Where these requirements have not been followed and the service cannot be carried out under suitable conditions, GUYSSOU reserves the right to refuse the service. Any amount already paid will be retained by GUYSSOU and will not be refunded.

Makeup, facial and lash lift services

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.

Products used

GUYSSOU uses only high-end professional products, carefully selected according to the individual needs of each client.

The products used are chosen by GUYSSOU according to the client’s skin, hair or lashes, the desired result and the technical requirements of the service.

Duration of services

The appointment durations displayed at the time of booking are provided as a guideline only.

The actual service may take less or more time depending on the client’s skin, hair or lashes and the complexity of the technique required.

Health, allergies and contraindications

Clients must inform GUYSSOU before the service begins of any known allergy, skin sensitivity, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical treatment, health condition or contraindication that may affect the service.

GUYSSOU reserves the right to adapt, postpone or refuse a service where the client’s health or the information provided does not allow the service to be performed safely and appropriately.

Where relevant information has not been disclosed in advance, GUYSSOU cannot be held responsible for any reaction, complication or outcome connected to the undisclosed information.

Service results

Each service is personalised and adapted to the client’s natural features and individual characteristics.

Inspiration photographs are used as an artistic reference only and do not guarantee an identical result.

The final result may depend on the client’s skin, hair or lashes, their initial condition, external circumstances and compliance with the recommendations provided by GUYSSOU.

Booking and payment

Each booking includes the private use of the studio for the full duration of the reserved appointment.

At the time of booking, clients may choose to pay a 50% deposit or the full amount of the service.

A booking is considered confirmed only once the required payment has been successfully processed.

Where only a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the appointment, using one of the payment methods offered by GUYSSOU.

Cancellations and changes

Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be submitted to GUYSSOU at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

After this deadline, all amounts already paid will be retained by GUYSSOU and no refund will be issued.

Any new booking will require a new appointment and the corresponding payment.

Late arrivals and no-shows

To preserve the quality of the service and the smooth running of the schedule, any delay of more than 20 minutes will result in the appointment being cancelled.

In the event of a late arrival exceeding 20 minutes or a no-show, all amounts already paid will be retained by GUYSSOU and no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason for the delay or absence.

GUYSSOU may exceptionally offer an adjusted service or an alternative appointment where its schedule allows, but is under no obligation to do so.

Guests

To preserve the peaceful, confidential and private nature of each appointment, guests are not permitted in the studio.

Any exceptional circumstances requiring the presence of another person must be disclosed to GUYSSOU before the appointment and approved in advance.

Minors

Any service intended for a minor must be disclosed to GUYSSOU before the booking is made.

The presence of a parent or legal guardian may be required depending on the client’s age and the nature of the service. This must be arranged with GUYSSOU’s prior approval.

Right to refuse service

GUYSSOU reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service in the event of disrespectful, aggressive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour, or where hygiene, health or safety conditions do not allow the service to be carried out appropriately.

In such circumstances, all amounts already paid will be retained by GUYSSOU and no refund may be requested.

Acceptance

By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Booking and Service Policy in full.
